Our primary goal is meeting the needs of our customers through
developing custom databases. Our service begins with an initial
consultation (via phone unless you are near Peoria, Illinois) to determine the
requirements of the project. We feel that understanding your business
and how this project is going to improve the productivity of your business are
critical to the success of your project. Before any development
begins, we will:

Document the Requirements (This may require more than 1 consultation.)

Provide a Description of the Proposed Design

Provide an Estimate or Fixed Bid (Your Choice)
Once you approve of the requirements, design and bid, we will develop a database
to meet your needs. During the development, we will keep you informed as to the
status of the project. When the development is complete, you will have an
opportunity to review it, test it and make sure it meets your needs. We
will fix any issues you might find.
We provide training and documentation upon request. These can be included in
the original bid or added later. We will be happy to add additional features as
needs arise.
Our database of choice is Microsoft Access, which allows for rapid development.
We can integrate other Microsoft products (Excel and Word) with the database.
